a) Download Lotus Notes application on your computer system. Then, click on the Calendar section
b) Then, go to File tab and now, the drop-down menu will appear, and click Export option
c) After selecting the Export option, the Export dialog box will appear on window screen. Next, provide a particular file name to resultant calendar under the Filename option. Choose the file type, i.e., Calendar (.ics) file from the Save as option. Press Export button
d) An iCal Export box will open, and choose All documents radio button. Now, press OK button

Import iCalendar(.ics) into Microsoft Outlook

After converting Lotus Notes to ICS file, you can transfer .ics file to MS Outlook. To do this, you can use Outlook Import & Export wizard option. Now, follow each step that are listed below:

a) Open MS Outlook application on your desktop
b) Select File tab and then, a pop-out menu will take place. Click Open>> Import option
c) An Import and Export Wizard will appear on the screen. Afterward, choose Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vcalendar (.vcs) option and press Next button
d) Browse iCalendar (.ics) file that you have created in the first step. Once the file is selected, click OK button.
e) Now, a confirmation message will pop-up on the screen, select Import button
f) At the end, you can successfully Export Lotus Notes calendar to Outlook
