5) This opens a ‘Create or Open Outlook Data File’ window in which you have to choose the targeted location where you wanted to change the PST file location. If want, change the name of new PST file and click on OK

6) Now you will observe that your newly created data file is listed in Account Settings window. Click on Set as Default >> OK to make the Outlook settings permanent

7) Its time to make modifications in Email tab too. Click on it and then, on Change Folder

8) A ‘New E-mail Delivery Location’ window gets opened in which you will find that your newly created PST file is listed on the current screen. Explore this recently created file and choose Inbox option. Click on OK to continue

9) Click on Close button of Account Settings window and close Microsoft Outlook 2013 / 2016 to update the changes

10) Relaunch the respective email client and you will find a new personal folder created in front of you. Now whatever messages you will receive in your account will be stored in this new folder
